i no. its cool but when u choose a different (which i heavily doubt cuz thats just too cool of a skin to use ), someone else can use it.

It's a courtsy thing.
Since the only people who can see a skin are the ones who have it downloaded and installed, we download and install the new skins so we can all see other players the way they want to be see. In return, we know all the other members will also download and install the skins we want to use so they can see us also.

I have 65% of the ones off of skincity.beyondunreal.com.
I can see alot of the skins that come on.
